Contract memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis.
Each contract includes a minimum monthly commitment, which must be fulfilled in full.
By purchasing a contract membership, the client understands and agrees that they are legally bound to complete all payments required under the contract terms. ROAM Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate booking privileges if any payment becomes past due or unpaid, until all outstanding balances are satisfied.
The client agrees to be fully responsible and liable for all costs incurred by ROAM Studio in the collection of unpaid balances, including but not limited to attorney fees, court costs, and collection fees.
To cancel an auto-renewing membership after the minimum contract commitment has been fulfilled, clients must provide written notice at least 7 days prior to their next billing cycle.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to hello@roamstudio.co.
If notice is provided within 7 days of the billing date, the client will be responsible for one additional month of billing.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.

Memberships activate on first use and will recur until cancelled.
If a client’s payment method is declined on the renewal date, ROAM Studio will attempt to process the payment up to three (3) additional times.
If payment remains unsuccessful after these attempts, a $50 declined payment fee will be applied to the client’s account.
All clients are required to complete and sign a New Client Waiver prior to participating in any classes at ROAM Studio LLC.
Clients acknowledge and agree that:
ROAM Studio is not responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings during classes.
Classes may be physically strenuous, and participation is entirely voluntary.
Participation involves inherent risks, including the risk of personal injury or property loss.
By signing the waiver, the client agrees to release and hold harmless ROAM Studio, its owners, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, loss, or damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. The signed waiver also authorizes ROAM Studio to charge the credit card on file for any applicable late cancellation or no-show fees.
