CARVE

This 45-minute class is designed to strengthen, tone, and tighten! CARVE utilizes the SRM (Slow Resistance Method) focusing on building strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility by breaking down your slow twitch muscle fibers. Flowing sequences are combined with super slow movements that incorporate resistance and counter-resistance to elongate muscles, carve abdominals, improve postural alignment, and increase metabolism.

This class is performed on the patented XFormer machine. Certified Trainers will guide you to building a strong mind-body connection while working to muscle failure (oh yes, that shake). A mental and physical transformation.

CLIMB

Music is the driving force behind each 30-minute class, and rhythm-based choreography keeps your body moving with zero impact on joints and tendons.

With only two handles and two pedals, the entire body works as one unit to mimic the feeling of climbing on an incline and recruiting more muscle, oxygen, and ultimately more calories! You will burn double the calories in half the time as running or cycling. The punishing part is that the faster you move, the harder it gets!
