Blending yoga, Pilates, and HIIT, this low-impact, high-intensity workout combines slow, controlled holds with powerful cardio-driven intervals to build endurance, improve control, and create long, lean muscle definition all in a non-heated environment.
Driven entirely by the beat, SCULPT keeps you moving through intentional flows, pulses, and full-body sequences that elevate the heart rate while pushing muscles to fatigue. Expect an immersive, light-driven experience that pulls you out of your head, into the rhythm, and fully connected to the movement.
CARVE is our 45-minute, Modern Pilates-inspired strength method designed to sculpt, strengthen, and challenge the entire body through slow, controlled movement. This low-impact, high-intensity class that combines strength training with Pilates principles to build endurance, improve posture, fire up deep core activation, and create long, lean muscle definition.
Using resistance and counter-resistance on a modern Reformer, CARVE keeps your muscles under tension to elevate the heart rate, boost metabolism, and push you toward muscle failure all while being gentle on the joints. Expect the shakes and a full-body burn that strengthens from the inside out.
