GRIPPED SOCKS REQUIRED

Gripped socks are required in all CARVE classes. No exceptions. We sell many sizes and styles at the studio.

 

TENNIS SHOES ARE REQUIRED

Tennis shoes, sneakers, etc. are required in all CLIMB classes. This is for your safety, and that’s our first priority!

FIRST TIME ARRIVAL REQUIRED 15 MINUTES EARLY

You must arrive at the studio no later than 15 minutes prior to scheduled class time so you can check in, complete a waiver, get oriented and meet your instructor who will give you an introduction and ask about injuries or other concerns prior to class. If you come less than 5 minutes before class, your instructor may not have adequate time to orient you and you may be turned away. Yes, it’s a bummer, but our goal is to keep you safe while providing a kickass experience! The class will be credited back to your account to reschedule for another time.

STUDIO OPENS 15 MINUTES BEFORE + DOOR LOCKS 10 MINUTES AFTER CLASS START TIME.

The studio is open 15 minutes before and after every class. Classes start and end on time. The door is locked at class time and no late entries are permitted. Please be on time. You will be held to our late cancel and no-show policies. No exceptions.

LEAVING CLASS EARLY 

Clients are asked to stay for the entire duration of the class. If there are extenuating circumstances and you must leave class early, please inform your instructor ahead of time so they can assign you a spot to limit disruptions during class.

BOOKING WINDOW

Opens Sundays at 12 p.m. as follows:

Founding Members: For the next 30 days

Unlimited Members & Auto Packages: For the next 14 days

Class Packs/Drop-In: For the next 7 days 

CLASS CANCELLATION & NO SHOW

With so few spots available in and demand for classes, we ask our community to please be mindful of our cancellation policy. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and consideration, as it allows all members of the ROAM community the chance to get into classes.

You must cancel using our App or through Momence (our booking software) 8 hours before class time to avoid a penalty.

No texts, emails or calls. No exceptions.

All clients with an unlimited membership (Monthly Unlimited, Founder’s Unlimited, 2 -Weeks Unlimited) will be charged a $20 late cancel fee if the cancellation occurs within 8 hours of the class start time.

All clients with a class pack or limited monthly membership (Single Class, 5 pack, 10 pack, 20 pack, Auto 4x membership, Auto 8x membership) will lose the class if the cancellation occurs within 8 hours of the class start time.

All clients: failure to show up for your booked class without canceling will result in a $30 no show fee and you will lose the class.

If you book a class but come to a different class that day, the cancellation policy still applies for the missed class, even if the teacher is the same. There are no exceptions to this rule.

All fees are non-refundable.

Late cancellations or no shows due to illness or inclement weather still follow our normal cancellation policy so please plan accordingly.

WAITLIST

When a class is full, add yourself to the waitlist. It works! As spots open in class, the wait list will add you to class up to 1 hour before class time.

After that, anyone can book open spots, so be sure to check our online schedule to grab last-minute openings in class.

Important Waitlist Rules:

  • You will be notified via email only if you make it into class, so please monitor your email closely if you are on the waitlist.
  • Managing your waitlist is your responsibility. If you know you do not want to be added to a class, please remove yourself from the waitlist using our website or Momence App. No phone calls. No emails. No texts. No exceptions.
  • Pay special attention to early classes. If you don’t want to be added from the waitlist to an early morning class, remove yourself from the waitlist before you go to bed.
  • Otherwise, if you are added to class, you will be held to our late cancel and no-show policies.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS

By purchasing a membership now or any time in the future, you authorize ROAM to change your credit card for the membership fee every 30 days. Membership Fees may increase from time to time at our sole discretion. You are responsible for providing ROAM prompt notice of any changes to your payment method.

Your monthly membership may be suspended if you fail to pay your Membership Fee when due. We may, at our discretion, cancel your membership with 30 days written notice without cause and on reasonable shorter notice with cause. In the event ROAM closes its facilities for any reason, including repair, when possible, it will post advance notice.

Unless otherwise stated by us, single classes, class packages, and monthly memberships are not transferable. Classes purchased through third party vendors may be subject to different terms and conditions.

MEMBERSHIP HOLDS

You may put your membership on hold anytime for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 1 month, with a maximum of 2 holds per calendar year. There is a $40 hold fee in each instance. We make exceptions to this policy for medical holds only and require a doctor’s note. Founding Member Memberships are not eligible for membership holds.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

All memberships require an initial 3-month commitment. After that, you may cancel within 7 days written notice by emailing the studio at [email protected]. Please include a reason for cancellation with your request to ensure prompt service.

CLASS PACKAGE EXPIRATION

Standard class packages have a 1-year expiration date. Special promotions may be subject to different expiration timelines, which will be outlined prior to purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL & NON-TRANSFERABLE

All sales of memberships, class packs, gift cards, retail, events, training, and programs are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. Clothing may be exchanged for another item if unworn and MUST have the tags attached. There are no exceptions.

FOOD & DRINK IN STUDIOS

Food and drinks are NOT allowed in the CARVE or CLIMB rooms, water only, and it must be sealed in a closed container. If you wish to bring coffee, tea, granola bar, or the like, it must stay in the cubby area.

NO GLASS BOTTLES OR JARS

Our instructors’ primary focus in class is your safety, so we don’t always see your glass bottles and jars on the floor. And let’s face it; shattered glass is a nightmare for people wearing grip socks, or a danger if climbing in a dark room. For your safety, we do not permit glass bottles or jars in classes.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Although our classes are designed for all ages and fitness levels, no children under age 14 are permitted to take class. If you are under 18, you will need a parent-signed waiver to attend class.

PREGNANCY PRECAUTIONS

If you are pregnant, please consult with your doctor before taking any classes at ROAM and continue to monitor during the duration of your pregnancy. If you have approval from your doctor, please arrive early to class, check-in with your instructor and be prepared to modify your workout. As long as you aren’t new to Modern Pilates, we’re happy to welcome you, and our instructors are prepared to assist. Climb is easier to go at your own speed, but we always recommend consulting your doctor.

INSTRUCTORS & CLASS TIMES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

While we try not to cancel classes or switch instructors’ last minute, things do happen. We reserve the right to cancel classes and change instructors for any reason at any time. Such changes will not result in a refund.

WAIVER & RELEASE

A waiver and release must be signed and on file by every client prior to participating in a class at ROAM.
