We are located at 6633 Roswell Road, Sandy Springs, GA 30328. We’re in the same shopping center as Publix, across from Hardees.

All sales are final and non-refundable.

All memberships will auto-renew every twenty eight (28) days.

We do not offer refunds for unused classes and they do not rollover. Memberships and class packs are non-transferrable.

You may put your membership on hold anytime for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 1 month, with a maximum of 2 holds per calendar year. There is a $40 hold fee in each instance. We make exceptions to this policy for medical holds only and require a doctor’s note. Founding Member Memberships are not eligible for membership holds.

If you wish to cancel your membership, please email the studio at least seven (7) days before your membership renewal date. If notice is not given within seven (7) days of the renewal date, you will be obligated to pay another month. No refunds.

Cancellations will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle; no refunds if your membership has already renewed.

All class packs have an expiration date of one (1) year unless stated (special packages).

All packages are non-transferrable.

We use Momence as our booking platform. You can book classes right up until the class start time on through the website, or Momence App. If you aren’t able to book a particular class, it’s because the class is full. We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.

When signing up for and purchasing classes, you are signing up for and paying for class times, not instructors. Our schedule is subject to change without notice. We do not waive fees or return classes for instructor and schedule changes.

You are able to cancel your class on the Momence App, or through the website. We do not accept cancellations via phone, email, or Instagram messages.

We keep our classes small for a more personalized experience, which means every spot counts. Please note the following:

⏰ Cancellation Window
All group classes require at least 8 hours’ notice to cancel without penalty.

📅 Unlimited Memberships
(Monthly Unlimited 1x/Day, 2x/Day, Founder’s Unlimited, 2-Weeks Unlimited)
Late cancellations (within 8 hours of class) incur a $20 fee.

🎟️ Class Packs & Limited Memberships
(Single Class, New Client Packs, Monthly 4/8/12 Class Memberships, 5/10/20 Packs)
Late cancellations result in loss of the class.

🚫 No-Shows
If you don’t cancel and don’t show up, you’ll be charged a $30 no-show fee and lose the class.

📍Same-Day Swaps
Booked one class but showed up for another? The missed class still counts as a late cancel—even if it’s with the same instructor. No exceptions.

🌧️ Illness or Weather
We get it—life happens. But all cancellations, including those due to illness or inclement weather, are still subject to our standard policy.

All fees are non-refundable.

If you wish to show up for an earlier class than what you have scheduled, we request that you late cancel the already booked class and rebook your new class before you arrive at the studio. You will be charged the late cancellation fee or will lose the class you canceled depending on your membership/package option (see cancellation policy).

You are able to move a class you signed up for to a different time, but you will still be charged a cancellation fee or lose the class if the move occurs outside of our cancellation window, even if the teacher is the same for the new class you are booking.

We do not offer refunds. Grip socks are final sale. Clothing may be exchanged for another item if unworn and MUST have the tags attached. There are no exceptions.

To make sure your first class is smooth, safe, and everything you hoped for:

⏱️ Arrive Early:
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled class. You’ll check in, complete a quick waiver, get a studio tour, and meet your instructor. They’ll walk you through what to expect and chat with you about any injuries or concerns.

🚪 Doors Lock at Class Time:
Once class starts, the studio doors will lock to keep the flow (and your safety) uninterrupted. If you arrive less than 5 minutes before class, we may not have enough time to get you properly oriented—and we may have to turn you away.

  • Booked via ROAM? Your class will be credited back so you can reschedule.

  • Booked via ClassPass, Gympass, or another third-party? We love that you found us, but third-party bookings are NOT eligible for credits or refunds. Late arrivals will receive a late cancel/no-show per their platform’s policies.
